Introduction
Matheson & Horan Associates is the supplier of the on-line MHAssist
employment and health and safety software system service.
Specific employment and health
& safety legal advice is normally given by our legal insurer
via our 24-hour legal helpline (if you choose to purchase
optional legal expenses insurance).
If you choose not to
purchase the legal expenses insurance MHAssist will still
advise you on employment and health & safety matters but you
will not have insurance indemnity. Support for the on-line MHAssist
employment and health & safety software system is as

Legal Advice
The name and contact details
of the insurer and the 24-hour legal helpline number are
given to you when you purchase the insurance.
System advice
by telephone
We offer general system
support by telephone on 0161 428 9676 during the business
hours of 10 am to 4 pm on Mondays to Fridays. You or your
authorised users need to be connected to the Internet
when you ring.
By e-mail
You can send a query by e-mail
at anytime.

Training
MHAssist is accompanied by an
easy to use on-line User Manual. However, in addition to the
User Manual we hold regular 1-day training sessions at our
office in Stockport. The 1-day course is suitable for both
key decision makers and delegated system operators.
